GROUNDWORK CONTRACT, BOSCOMBE

A well planned conversion of former Farm Barns and Outbuildings in Boscombe.

This was a complex and challenging Groundwork Contract that was well planned and designed by the client. It involved the site clearance, excavations, new sub-base, installation of Surface Water Drains, laying of Slate Paving and constructing new Garden Walls with a matching facing Brick with Flint Panels. The Drive surface is 20mm Cotswold Shingle.
